Can you ship these ruddy great games to my country?

Yes – we can ship to pretty much anywhere.

Where's my order fool?

You should have received an email confirmation when you placed your order and a second email containing a tracking code once your order was been shipped. Please us this tracking code to find out the current status of your order. If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you still haven’t received a tracking email from us then please contact us.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Here are our standard shipping times:

  • UK economy - est. 3 - 5 working days
  • UK expedited - est. next working day
  • US economy - est. 3 - 6 working days
  • UK expedited - est. 1 - 2 working days
  • Europe economy - est. 3 - 7 working days
  • Rest of World economy - est. 4 - 9 working days

I purchased one of your games because I thought I had a sense of humour, however, it turns out I was wrong. Can I return it and get a refund?

We’re not doctors so we can’t fix your funny bone, however, we will be more than happy to issue you with a refund so long as the game/s are unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

If you bought off our website then please email us to arrange the return. We are sorry to say that we will not be able to refund you for postage costs.
